Shipping orders are mailed on date you select.
Date of arrival of order will vary depending factors such as time of year, distance, non-business days, etc.

Delivery orders are sent out on your selected date and arrive between 9am - 8pm day-of.
If you are not home and cannot be reached, your package will be left on your doorstep or with concierge
unless otherwise indicated in your order notes.

All orders are final. A credit may be kept in your name should you have to cancel your order.
